Kerabit Bio Plus Moss-removing Agent

Kerabit Bio Plus is a biodegradable moss-removing agent ready for use, sold in 5 l containers.

The moss-removing agent is suitable for use on roofs, yard paving, fences, awnings etc.

The amount of Kerabit Bio Plus moss-removing agent needed is dependent on the height of the vegetation. If the vegetation is low, one litre per 10 m2 is needed. About 5 m2 of a vegetation 2–3 centimetres high can be treated with one litre.

Moss removal from the roof should be done in time before it grows too much. There is a small chance that moss, which has been growing on the roof for a longer time, might have damaged the roof. In that case we recommend to check the roof after cleaning in order to localize eventual damages and repair needs.

Instructions for use

Before applying Kerabit Bio Plus, brush off all loose growth. Spray Kerabit Bio Plus moss-removing agent directly onto the vegetation so that it will be become properly wet. About two hours after spraying, the vegetation will start drying off, and the next rain will flush the dead vegetation off the roof. The cleaning process will continue from one year to two years. Even after this, Kerabit Bio Plus will prevent formation of new growth for several years, depending on the conditions.
